Official Parking Rules are in the Documents section of the Management website.
Those rules are summarized below. Note that in the event of any discrepancies, the official rules on the Management website take precedence.
- No on-street parking for homeowners. Owner’s guests may park their vehicles on the street but may not park there overnight.
- Parking off the paved surface of the driveway is prohibited.
- No parking on a sidewalk.
- Driveway parking must not block the sidewalk.
- No parking in front of a driveway.
- No parking within fifteen feet either side of a fire hydrant.
- RVs may be brought into the community only for loading and unloading for up to 48 hours. Please notify the management company, if you plan to bring in an RV.
- Disabled vehicles or vehicles undergoing repair may only be parked in an enclosed garage.
- Unregisterd vehicles or vehicles with expired tags may only be parked in an enclosed garage.
